【Product introduction】

          Hexagonal honeycomb fillers (inclined tube fillers) are made of polypropylene (PP) polyvinyl chloride (PVC) ethylene propylene copolymer. There are two forms of inclined tube and straight tube in the assembled form.

【Scope of application】

         The inclined tube is mainly used for various precipitation and sand removal. It has been widely used in water supply and drainage projects in the past ten years and has become a water treatment device. It has the advantages of wide application range, high processing effect and small footprint. It is suitable for sand removal at the water inlet, general industrial and domestic water precipitation, sewage precipitation, oil separation and tail tension concentration, etc. It is suitable for both new construction and renovation of existing old tanks, and can achieve good economic benefits.

        Straight pipes are mainly used for high-load biological filters, tower biological filters, submerged biological filters (also known as contact oxidation tanks) and microbial carriers of biological turntables for biochemical treatment of industrial organic wastewater and urban sewage. .


【Features】

Inclined pipe features:

1. The wet circumference is large and the hydraulic radius is small.

2. The laminar flow state is good, and the particle sedimentation is not disturbed by the flocculation.

3. When the length of the inclined pipe is 1 meter, the effective load is designed according to 3-5 tons/m2. V0 is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0 mm/s, and the quality of the effluent is better.

4. The honeycomb inclined pipe is used at the water intake. When the pipe length is 2.0 to 3.0 meters, it can be safely operated in a high turbidity with a mud sand content of 50-100 kg/m3.

5. Using inclined tube sedimentation tank, its processing capacity is 3-5 times that of advection sedimentation tank, and 2-3 times that of accelerated clarifier and pulse clarifier.

Straight pipe features:

1. The treatment efficiency is higher than that of the activated sludge method. Generally, the hydraulic load is 100-200 m3/m2, and the organic load is 2000-5000 g/m3, so the floor space is reduced.

2. The aeration intensity is lower than that of the activated sludge method, and no sludge return is required, so it can reduce power consumption and simplify management.

3. The amount of sludge is small, which reduces the workload of post-treatment such as sludge dewatering.

4. The sludge produced has good sedimentation, which is beneficial to the removal of suspended solids in the latter stage.

5. It has strong adaptability, can adapt to a wide range of different water quality, has strong tolerance to shock loads caused by sudden changes in water quality and water volume, and maintains a stable treatment effect.
