This drift eliminator were installed by the sinusoidal wave blade、wave spacer and PP spacer.
This drift eliminator were widely used in the top of the counterflow and crossflow cooling tower, and its function is to separate the droplets in the airflow.
This drift eliminator could provides extra stiffness for long spans with minimum deflection. The wave spacer could secure wave sections uniformly at a finxed interval to improve stability and blocks that holds the assembled block grid securely. It could been installed fastly and efficiently. Block can be easily cleaned when necessary.

Wave Type Drift Eliminator
Wave type drift eliminators is applicable to large and medium natural ventilation cooling towers and mechanical ventilation cooling towers.It can remove a large number of small water droplets carried by hot and humid air from cooling towers and avoid pollution to the surrounding environment.After installation, the water mist escape rate decreases from 0.1% when the dehydrator is not installed to 0.05%, but the eliminator has no obvious influence on the cooling water temperature.A set contains eliminator sheets and spacer, PVC rods, PVC nuts.
Cooling tower drift eliminators and heavy duty/dura drift eliminators are designed to remove droplets of water from the air and minimize loss of process water. Drift eliminators cause the droplets and air to change direction suddenly. This process causes the water to become separated from the air and put back into the cooling tower. Drift eliminators limit the amount of circulating water emitting from the tower’s exhaust.

• Significantly block sunlight (70:1 light reduction) to reduce algae growth on interior surfaces of the cooling tower system, thus reducing the cost of algae-removal chemicals and labor.
• Reduces noise leaving the tower through the louver modules by approximately three decibels.
• Achieves very low pressure drop results.
• Pre-assembled modules available in a variety of lengths.
• Optional Assembly frames made of extruded PVC available for easy installation and access for cleaning and maintenance.
• Rigid, UV-stabilized PVC meets Cooling Technology Institute Standard 136.
