TJLATINO's engineer just finshed the Russian project site visiting for last two weeks.  This site visiting aim to solve the cooling tower fill gluing issues for CF1200 fill which used as water treatment fill.

After we received the cooling tower fill gluing issues from the enduser, TJLATINO team started the fill test gluing in our factory. After our test, the mainly problems for the cooling tower fill gluing issue is the following two points:

1. Too thin for the cooling tower fill media

2. Unreasonable storge condition in the site

Our engineers made smaller jig to help the customer speed up the cooling tower fill media gluing process.  And we used these jigs for cooling tower fill media gluing in our factory, and it is workable. We sent our engineer to the site as soon as possible. 

After 10 days working in the Russia site, we help our customer solved the CF1200 fill gluing problems.  And we also gave them our suggestion for the PVC glue, to help them save the PVC glue during the gluing process.
