Importance for the cooling tower components

Cooling tower is used in Iron and steel industry, chemical plant, pharmaceutical industry, power plant and other industries. Cooling tower act as a important character in these industries.

Air inlet louver are used to speed up the air flow into the tower and minimize drag loss (water splashes or blows out from the side of the tower).

Drift eliminator is used to reduce the water loss in the cooling tower. It could reduce the water vapor in the airflow by its designed type and sent the water back to the cooling tower basin in the bottom. Modern drift eliminators are usually made of PP and PVC and designed in many different shapes. They are more effective than earlier wood design, and with less pressure drop.

The cooling tower is designed to cool water to a certain temperature under certain conditions.
