The process is as flow

– Turning off fans and water treatment system

– Locking out, isolating, and draining the cooling tower (if not done before the shut-down)

–Closed the inlet and outlet water pipe of tower

–Cleaning the tower, nozzles and the PVC fill media

–water basin covers and the cold water collection basin

–exchange the new fill and accessory need to be replace

–open the inlet and outlet water pipe, starting to circulation water

– Operation the tower and make the test
