This drift eliminator were installed by the sinusoidal wave blade、wave spacer and PP spacer. This drift eliminator were widely used in the top of the counterflow and crossflow cooling tower, and its function is to separate the droplets in the airflow.
This drift eliminator could provides extra stiffness for long spans with minimum deflection. The wave spacer could secure wave sections uniformly at a finxed interval to improve stability and blocks that holds the assembled block grid securely. It could been installed fastly and efficiently. Block can be easily cleaned when necessary.
This drift eliminator could supply in any length, the wave blade 、wave spacer and PP spacer were made by PVC 、PP and PP separately.

Drift Eliminator For Reducing Water Loss
For the Counterflow cooling tower applications, the cooling tower drift eliminator provides a cellular rugged structure with a very low pressure drop. This results in high drift elimination efficiency while exerting minimum driving force on the fan. The cooling tower drift eliminators get an C-shaped tubular structure as a result of their fabrication. Individual C-shaped corrugated sheets are bonded with subsequent layers to create the structure. The entire area is thus divided into several fine C shaped mini zones each removing water droplets on the entire surface of the cell.
These drift eliminators have been designed to avoid any water loss that may occur from a cooling tower. It restricts the amount of circulating water drops which the exhausted air of the tower releases.
