Gluing Type Cross Flow Cooling Tower PVC Infill
This gluing type cross flow cooling tower PVC infill is also been called XF75 fill, it is the crossflow film fill which is been designed for use in light industrial and HVAC cooling towers. This cooling tower fill packs are constructed from individual sheets of UV protected PVC formulated for cooling tower applications and in compliance with CTl-136 standard. This cooling tower fill packs will operate satisfactorily in continuous operating temperatures of 65℃ or less.
The surface of cooling tower PVC fill has an engineered micro structure aim to improve heat transfer. The individual sheets are strategically bonded together at "DEDICATED JOINTS" with a male/female connection and a destructive connection. The final gluing results in a staggered pattern of flutes to form a structurally sound honeycomb pattern.
XF75 cooling tower fill is available with or without integral louvers and/or drift eliminators.
Herringbone surface for excellent water distribution.
Internal inter- connecting, bonded offsets to maintain sheet spacing.
heat transfer area is 167.3 m2/m3. Sheet pitch is 19mm.
