Cooling Tower FRP fan stack Made In China

Cooling tower is the use of water and air contact through evaporation to disperse industrial or air-conditioning waste heat generated in a kind of equipment. The basic principle is: dry air with low enthalpy value will enter the cooling tower from the air inlet network after being driven by the fan. The high temperature water molecules with high partial pressure of saturated steam flow to the air with low pressure, and the self-seeding water system with high wet heat and enthalpy is sprinkled into the tower.

When water droplets come into contact with air, on the one hand, because of the direct heat transfer between air and water, and on the other hand, because of the pressure difference between the surface of water vapor and air, evaporation phenomenon occurs under the action of pressure, which is brought to the latent heat of evaporation, and takes away the heat of water, namely evaporation heat transfer, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling. The working process of the cooling tower: the working process of the circular counter-current cooling tower is taken as an example: the hot water independent machine room presses the circulating water into the water-seeding system of the cooling tower through the pipeline, cross throat, curved throat and central throat at a certain pressure through the water pump, purifying the work table and spreading the water evenly on the filler through the holes in the water-seeding pipe.

Dry air with low enthalpy value enters into the tower from the bottom into the air network under the action of the fan. When hot water flows through the surface of the packing, water film and air are formed for heat exchange. Hot air with high humidity and high enthalpy value is pumped out from the top, cooling water droplets are poured into the bottom basin, and then flow into the host through the outlet pipe.

In general, into the tower air is dry, low wet bulb temperature of air, water and air obviously exists between the concentration of water molecules and the kinetic pressure difference, when the fan operation, under the action of static pressure inside the tower, the water molecules to evaporate in the air, to become water vapor molecules, the average kinetic energy of the rest of the water molecules will be reduced, thus make the temperature of the circulating water drop. From the above analysis, it can be seen that evaporation cooling is independent of the air temperature (commonly known as the dry bulb temperature) being lower or higher than the water temperature. As long as water molecules can continuously evaporate into the air, the water temperature will decrease.

But the evaporation of water into the air does not go on indefinitely. When the air in contact with water is unsaturated, water molecules continuously evaporate into the air, but when the air on the water-air contact surface reaches saturation, the water molecules will not evaporate out, but are in a state of dynamic equilibrium, a cryogenic tank. The number of molecules of water that have evaporated is equal to the number of molecules of water that have returned from the air, and the water temperature stays the same. It can be seen that the drier the air in contact with water, the more easily evaporation will occur in the cryogenic tank, and the water temperature will be reduced.
